– The home is located in *LUCKY SUMMER NAIROBI COUNTY
– The home play host to 55 children 23 boys and 22 girls from poor backgrounds,street children,total orphans and abandoned children.
-one of the parent of one child they had rescued after the post election violence in 2008 donated a piece of land where they currently seat as a way of showing gratitude to Uncle Nicholas.
So they moved from Dandora to lucky summer.
– The home had partnered with with several organisations but over the last few years they have all pulled out leaving the home to the hands of well-wishers and other charitable organisations.
-Their main sources of funds come from well-wishers who come in and out and donate goods and services.
They also rear pigs and keep chicken which helps them in running the home.
-The most basic requirements are.
Food.
School fee for 17children in high school
sanitary towels

firewood.
